have been using my XPS8300 for 2 years, upgraded to i7,8G RAM, GTX560Ti, but it just sticks with original PSU 460W

The computer has been good for 2 years, here is the problem recently

First time boot up after a night (or after 10hours), able to boot up and enter windows 7, after 5-10mins, it simply freezes or BSOD (page_fault_in_nonpaged_area).

Then i long press the power button to switch it off, but i can't start my computer afterwards,
the powerful button LED blinks with orange / amber light. So i unplug the power cable, and after 5-10mins, i can use my computer again, and no problems even i use it for 10+ hours

any ideas? I suspect if it can be a PSU problem.

Thanks!

Solution
99% of the time a blinking amber LED in the power button indicates a power supply unit problem.

Sometimes it can also be a memory problem.
