Additional Comments : My area of weakness is definitely PSU's. I've never been unlucky but should that PSU run the 2x 4gb Vid cards with any issues?

Solution
That PSU is way overkill. Around 750W is fine, if it's a good one.

Get an 840Evo. SSD335 is slow and pricey.

Little point in that MB, or the pricey case. You're massively overpaying on the memory, GPU, and HDD also.

EDIT: Very rough estimations tell me this costs about as much:

Thanks for your advice. The case however will stay. I have always been a sucker for massive cases. I have big farmer hands and they do not handle tight spaces very well. Some people like LED's and all that jazz, I like big cases.

The MB you suggested I have never looked at before. I've been a large fan of ASUS and even some ASrock boards. I will have to research that one. Also thanks for the 3TB Seagate link, it looks like a good drive.

If anyone else has any other advice it would be appreciated. I will likely be ordering on Monday.
Cheers.
