Hi there, so I am building a gaming computer for the first time. However, I am not illiterate on computer hardware whatsoever nor how the technology works. I want your guy's advices on what part(s) would be best for my current build at the moment.
My budget at the moment is about $500-$540 (closer to $500 the better)
I have already ordered numerous parts which I will list here:

-OS: Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1 OEM
-PSU: Rosewill CAPSTONE-750-M 750W Continuous @ 50°C, Intel Haswell Ready, 80 PLUS GOLD, ATX12V v2.31 & EPS12V v2.92, SLI/CrossFire Ready, Modular Active PFC Power Supply
-CASE: AZZA Solano 1000 Black Japanese SECC Steel/Metal mesh in front MicroATX/ATX/Full ATX Computer Case
-RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8 GB ( 2 x 4 GB ) DDR3 1600 MHz
-CD ROM: Asus 24xDVD-RW Serial ATA Internal OEM Drive DRW-24B1ST (Black)
-Thermal Compound: Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound 3.5 Grams with ArctiClean 60 ML Kit

I also ordered a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, but unfortunately... I found out an hour later after placing my order today that it would be too tall for my case. So now I am looking for a new aftermarket CPU cooler. (Was looking at the Noctua DH 14) but I don't quite want to spend that much for it.
I have chosen those specific parts because I had good deals on them and they're versatile with almost any build.

I know for sure I am going to get an AMD FX-8350 as my CPU.
I just want a decent enough motherboard to not bottleneck the CPU or render my other components worthless.
I am looking at purchasing either a Saphire Radeon HD 7950 or either a HIS Radeon HD 7850. However I don't really want to spend that much for a Graphics card since I'm not even a hard core gamer. The only game I even play is League of Legends, and I could of built a way cheaper build and easily max out the FPS on ultra settings but I'm like an enthusiasts when it comes to performance so I just wanted something better.

At the moment I am looking at the Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3, there are UD5 AND UD7's but I am not quite sure what's new with those.
I know there are also the ASUS Sabertooth motherboards for AM3 builds.

I really don't want to overspend (which I'm sure I have already have for what I need it for).

If you guy's can help advise me on the best MOBO+Graphics Card + CPU Cooler for my current build at the moment with a budget of $500-$540 dollars. I'd highly appreciate it. (The cost of the AMD FX-8350 is included within that budget so knock off an extra $200).

Thank you guys!
