My personal recommendation is this instead of what you posted (it's yours but with tweaks here and there) It is slightly over your budget but that is the SSD's fault. I would recommend scrapping the SSD for now and getting 2 SSD's at a later stage and have them run RAID and be used for your O.S.

You will also notice I put up a 2 TB HDD and not a 1TB if you change that back to 1TB the price should be fine so make your choice :)

The VGA is also vastly superior than what you posted. Don't get me wrong the 660 is great if you just want a minor upgrade take the 660TI or the 660TI PE (power edition), however I am thinking long term. I myself use the 660TI (the VGA is also really pushing your budget so feel free to take a 660 instead and increase the SSD back to 128 but take what I said into consideration) Get 2 SSD's later and then run them in RAID
