My budget is 100$ 5000 Rupees(India)

Solution
If your motherboard has a PCI-e x16 slot, then you are good for any PCI-e card. The 1.0, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0 are all backwards compatible. If your slot is say 1.1 and you buy 3.0 card, the card will just be limited to the 1.1 speeds.

If you want the best bang for your buck look here(I know the prices are in dollars, but it should give you a good reference):

If your heart is set on a nVidia card and its not the recommended, just buy the one that's equivalent.
