Important thing is i will keep the cpu/gpu for 2 years before i upgrade. Will also get gtx 760.
Here where i live fx 6300 is 60$ more cheaper than i5 4430.And i'm really on the budget.

1.For the next 2 years should fx 6300 be sufficent for high gaming with all new titles?
2.Any bottleneck with fx 6300 3.5ghz and gtx 760?Or should i get fx 6350 4.ghz?
3.So 4430 vs fx 6300 what do you think?
thanks

Since you are on budget the FX 6300 or FX 6350 will be the best choice since it has the ability to overclock when needed and the price is reasonable.
Just get the FX 6300 and overclock it.
Spend the rest of the money for the Graphics card since this is the most important hardware when it comes to gaming.

Just saw i5 4570 3.2 ghz and i might afford it,will that be a bit better? 4430 has turbo only to 3.2 while 4570 to 3.6.
I can't get better than gtx 760 because i can't afford now gtx770/780 or 7970 which are better than 760 but much more expensive(140$ more expensive). So i will just spend a little bit more on cpu
EDIT: and plus i forgot to say i'm not into OC cpu

Here is the review of the i5 4570

When it comes to gaming you won't be able to see much difference in performance between 4670K and 4570 because the Graphics card will take most of the load at 1080P and higher.
If you have the money grab the 4570.
The i5 4430 is comparable against i5 3330 and i5 2400 which is still good for gaming.
The GTX 760 is still great for gaming at 1080P.
Personally i own an i5 3330 paired with HD 7770 and i can play most older games at high settings and newer games at medium-high settings.
From what I can conclude I need to upgrade to a better graphics card if I want to be able to enjoy games at Ultra settings in 1080P.
Here is the comparison between the HD 7770 and GTX 760.

As you can see GTX 760 pulls more FPS and I would say most games will be playable and you will have a nice experience with the card.

Great explanation. Here in Thailand the price of 4570 is roughly 5% more expensive than in US so i will go with that. Thanks

I can't give you advice on the CPU but as for the gpu GTX 760 is solid but of course the GTX 770 is better, but as you know $150 more. And not worth the $150. However you should look into AMD's new GPU's like the R9 280x (which is essientslly an hd7970 ghz) and cost $300! So you're getting about a 770 for only $50 more then a 760.
