they are about the same price :

1. i5 4670k + gtx 760 + asus Z87-A sli enabled ATX

2. i5 4670 (or if worth it k but with this mobo i cant over clock) + gtx 770 + asus B85-E mATX

the rest is the same .
Which one would last longer ?! should i get a 760 and then sli it after a year or two, or should i get 770 with no sli motherboard and no overclockable mobo ?

I'd go with the first one, because of it's overclockability option and the fact that 760 is still a powerful card and that you can SLI in the future. 760 is up to par with 670 and when SLI'd it's a beast. :)

I am with second.

Both of those CPUs would not need to be overclocked for next 3 years.
Also keep in mind that Haswell CPUs already overclock horribly and barely exceed 4.4 GHz (Ideally stick to 4.2 GHz) which does not make a huge difference in games.

A GTX 770 gives an average of 15 FPS more than GTX 760 in all games out there... SLI it in future to get around 25% more power than GTX 760 SLI.

GTX 770 system would also be more expensive than GTX 760s as far as I guess and if its assembled then this factor also shows its a clear winner here.

Its so hard to decide , wouldn't the cheap microATX motherboard bottle neck my performance . would there be enough space for ventilating such a huge graphic card ?!

As long as there is proper cooling and fans you should not worry about case. Its fine.

Also do not worry about motherboard since motherboard never bottlenecks a video card. Its the CPU which does and in this case it is not bottlenecking anything.

thank you very much , and one last thing , do i still need a 212 evo cpu cooler and is the coolermaster 912 plus case good enough for airflow ?

You still need the 212 EVO to cool your CPU.

Solution
That depends on your choice.

If you get 4670K and OC it to at least 4 GHz then you certainly need 212 EVO.
If you buy 4670 (And of course are on stock speeds) then stock cooler is more than enough and you do not need any aftermarket cooling.

In other words -

For Build #1 (With GTX 760) - Yeps! If you OC CPU.
For Build #2 (With GTX 770) - Nopes! Stock cooler can handle it.

-------

Now keep in mind another thing, I said you will suffice without EVO but I did not said it would not benefit your system in airflow.
If you still add it, temperatures would definitely be lower than without it.

More on your budget and requirement.
