I think there is some problem with this build.

Hi friends. I recently build my pc wit these components :
cpu : fx 6300( factory clocked)
graphics card : zotac gtx 650ti boost 2gb
mobo : msi 970a-g46
psu : cooler master thunder 600w
cabinet : c m n300( without side panel window)

So my first question : there is a lot of voltage fluctuation in my area and i have a u.p.s ( about 6 year old) . the u.p.s makes a click sound when the voltage fluctuates. when i play some heavy games like battlefield 3 or crysis 3 it runs smoothly but as soon as there is some sort of disturbance of voltage in the u.p.s my pc restarts. The lights and fans in the cabinet runs continuously but the monitor becomes black and restarts. I think that the problem is with my u.p.s . If it is, than should i connect it with the stabalizer. or is the problem with anything else . Please help me at this point .

Second question : Since i am thinking of overclocking my cpu around 4.4 Ghz . Is the catalyst software that came with the motherboard a good choice or should try oc genie lite. Or could you suggest any other option.

Third question : Since i think my cpu is consuming much power, i had been underclocking it to around 1.4 Ghz when not playing games or doing any other heavy work. Since i download very much and downloading does not require much of the cpu power So i underclocks it . Now i was just wondering if it would harm my pc.

Forth question : I bought some fans for my cabinet . Now i cant choose the correct airflow direction to keep the case cool. Could you help me.

fifth question : the power cable of my power supply has three rectangle shaped male pins (which are connected to the mains ) which cannot fit any socket in inida. So i used a multi socket cord for connecting. Is there any problem in using that.

Solution
if there is that much fluctuation in the main line, then yes get a stabilizer. its voltage changes like that, that can really harm your computer. especially if the power supply doesnt have over voltage protection and under voltage protection.

5th Q : no there shouldnt be a problem with that.

4th Q : normally airflow should intake from front or bottom, and exhaust to the rear/top of the case.

3rd Q : enable cool n quiet on for the cpu in the BIOS. it will underclock and undervolt the cpu when not in use or in light use. that way it uses less power and makes less heat. you should have no problems with this.

2nd Q : Use the OC genie to overclock the cpu. but you will not be able to use the amd cool n quiet feature if you do overclock.

1st Q : if amd cool n quiet is enabled the voltage of the cpu will fluctuate depending what you are doing. maybe thats what the UPS is detecting. disabling cool n quiet might fix the problem. if not, then you might need a better UPS. something about how old UPS have weird sine waves like in this picture.

older or cheap UPS will have a sine wave like a square, like the green line in the picture. newer or better quality UPS will have a sine wave like the red line, which is better. i dont know how to really explain it, because i barely understand UPS and how they work, but its something like that.

I was talking about the voltage fluctuation in the main line of our house. Most of the time it is around 220~230 V but suddenly it reduces to 170~180V and some times 250~260 V . I think this will harm my computer. Will it?
There's no problem with ups . I tried out another one but the same result. I was thinking to add a stablizer . Will it help . Or anyting else.
