My $250 Budget Build

I am planning to buy the following parts for my build. Will it be sufficient to use Photoshop and other softwares like Sony Vegas [Basic editing like adding sound tracks to videos]

AMD A8-5600K Black Edition
MSI A55M-E33 Mobo
4GB DDR3 RAM

Will be sing my old 120GB SATA HDD and my old ATX case.

This is the maximum I was able to put in for a new PC so I dont think Ill be able to get all the stuff you mentioned. Also newegg does not ship to India so.. :(.

Also can you tell me about the power supply needed for this build. I currently have a 450W power supply. Will that be enough?

AMD A8 5600K
MSI A55M-E33 Motherboard
120GB SATA HDD
4GB DDR3 RAM [1333MHz]
