CM Storm Quickfire TK keyboard doesn't work

I have recently purchased a CM Storm Quickfire TK (Blue Switches/Blue LED) and it does not work properly.

If I plug the keyboard in I get errors that the drivers were not installed correctly and the keyboard will not work. But then if I uninstall the keyboard driver and plug the keyboard back in it will work for around 2 minutes until it turns off again.

My previous keyboard works perfectly fine. (I am using it now to type this)

Hi Gabriel.

So you have the Quick Fire TK (Blue Switches/Blue LED) also?
I will check with our RMA department to see what could cause this issue.

I will get back to you asap.
