what is stable clock for me ?

i had intel pentinum dual core E5700 3ghz and i overlocked it to 3.4ghz .
but when i play heavy game like fifa 13 its work for only half hour then stop unexpectely and come to desktop.
how much i can o'lck pls tell me.

I'm going to guess offhand that you have not changed your stock heatsink/fan yet. I will suggest doing that since your CPU has a very low (IMO) Tcase of 74C . That low of max temp would imply to me that you do not have much overclocking headroom here even with aftermarket cooling but I will suggest starting there. Note: if you do already have installed aftermarket cooling I might suggest reinstalling the cooler with a fresh application of thermal compound
