toshiba screeen come black with 4 dots

Hi I have toshiba satellite l650 series laptop. For a month ago I played a video containing virus after that my lap starts strucking. so i put os(windows 8) in that i separated a partion of hdd. after that when i started my laptop again it strucked. when i chenged the os back to 7 it doesn't boot up/ soon the screen came black with 4 dots at the top of the screen after pressing turn on key . i can only go to bios setup but cant go to windows logo loading page. plz help me

If you can get to the BIOS but not WIndows screen, could be the video card. Failing video many times will work fine but not on the regular drivers. So they show you something when you turn on, but once Windows tries to load, it fails. Try Safe Mode, if that works, could be the video card.
Hw did you change back to Windows 7? A full clean setup with a format of the hard drive? If not, do that. I could be an issue with the hard drive, maybe RAM or even a heat issue. Tough to tell without seeing exactly how far it boots and what it does. Any clicking sounds from the hard drive? Fans sound like they are working OK?

yes a full clean setup with format. No clicking sound from hard drive and the fans are working properly but heat ejected by the fan was high
