Ans PSU is Corsair 550W 24+8Pin

Now the problem is
at first run it is not booting at all.
Green light is on on the mother board,
but when i push power on switch with single beep and half revolution of CPU Fan it just halted, this is repeating again and again but not started.

not able to enter in Bios too!
i cleared bios with jumper once and tried but dint help.
I even tried with 1333MHz 4GB single slat RAM but same problem repeated.

Solution
You need a previous version cpu (second generation or older), an USB pendrive put the bios (if it has Bios build-in flasher use it, if not look some guide to update it, the app should normally found on support -> downloads -> bios, and boot it with dos, be sure have the correct bios to the model, if have flasher in bios, just skip the app), and begin flashing process, and don't even think about aborting it by shut down... it will brick it if it hasn't dual bios...
Find some guides or do a IT (bios) wise Friend to do it...
