We are using DX8000 DVR with DX9200HDDI storage devices in our system. Recently 2 of the DX9200HDDI were failed sue to HDD failure and now it is impossible to configure the device with new HDDs. As I see this product originally had 120GB IDE HDDs and right now we only have 250GB in our stock. the firmware of DX9200HDDI only allow us to use 6 numbers of 120GB IDE hard drives but unfortunately it is impossible for us to fine 120GB IDE HDDs in SriLanka. Therefore please tell me a way to get the firmware which allow the system to use bigger capacity HDDs. currently it has firmware version 4.20..
