For The GPU/s I'm gonna probably gonna use Triple GTX 780s (3 Way SLI GTX 780/Tri SLI GTX 780).I'm just wondering which is the best one of these two for gaming and overclocking.Also Is there a better CPU than these 2 or these are the best (Right now).The games I'm gonna be playing are The Battlefield Series,The Tomb Raider Series,The Mass Effect Series,The Saints Row Series,The Hitman Series,The Crysis Series,The Batman Series,The Elder Scrolls Series,The Mirrors Edge Series,The Resident Evil Series,The Dead Rising Series,The Bioshock Series,The Assasins Creed Series,The Medal Of Honor Series,The Arma Series,The Far Cry Series,The Grand Theft Auto Series,The Half Life Series,The Max Payne Series,The Fallout Series,And Other Big AAA Games (Sorry For the Long List).The Specs I'm looking for is A CPU that has a long warranty Or a lifetime warranty,A CPU that has the option for water proof/Water Block,A CPU that can overclock that high with Liquid Cooling,A CPU that is future Proof for maybe 1 or 2 years or longer,A CPU that can max all those games above,A CPU that the Ultra settings will last(Also yes i know I put up a similar Spec up right now),And A CPU that can handle Blu-Ray Discs And Windows 8 (Also i Don't know what OS I'm gonna Go with cause the Laptop I'm using right to research all this for "A Gaming Rig" uses Windows 8 but i do wanna use windows 7 also so i haven't chose yet).Also if there is a better CPU than these that can overclock as high as 4.8Ghz,is future proof a couple of years,And Is Good for gaming that will be great?

If you will be using it solo for gaming then no need to spend extra bucks on i7 get the i5 and invest rest in other component it will save you like $100.

Nothing is future proof.
By the end of the year, you should see a i7-4930K 6 core. The per core performance might be 10% better.
Next year, we should see DDR4, 8 cores...
But, as of today, the 3930K is very good. The i7-3970X is double the price, but is marginally better. It will have better binning for overclocking, and a larger cache. With your budget, which looks unlimited, you might go with that.
The FX-8350 does not come close.
Here is a set of benchmarks comparing FX-8350 and 3930K. Note that these results are at stock.
The 3930K will have higher headroom for overclocking.

I understand you can buy a warranty from intel that will exchange it if you damage it for any reason. Even overclocking.
I would not buy that warranty; I can' remember anyone really needing it.

If you really intend to spend almost $2000 in a 3 Way SLI GTX 780 so maybe its worth push a little further in the cpu side. If you luck you can find a Intel Core i7-4770K for just $280. You will get improved performance in Crysis, for instance (i5 vs i7).

Very good config. Got it without any doubt. I just upgraded my desktop last December and I'm very happy with the i7-4770K, beside it does not have special instructions for Virtual Machines like others Intel versions have (i.e. 4770 and 4771), but it´s unlocked for overclocking.

My suggestion is to buy a good cooler, because the Intel ones are like gifts, and didn't passed on my stress test using Prime95.
And No, I didn't overclocked it. Now I'm waiting for the Noctua NH-U14S Heatpipe 140mm CPU Cooler to stress the i7-4770k again.

I´m also waiting for the arrival of 16GB G.Skill DDR3 PC3-17000 2133MHz RipjawsX Series for test together with i7-4770k at Prime95.

Another suggestions are:
- buy a good DDR3 memory;
- got the best SSD you can;

In my opinion, Samsung 840 PRO is the best one!

My current config is a Intel i7-4770k in a Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H. 4x4GB Corsair Ven. DDR3 1600MHz.
For the Graphics card, I bought the best option last year (price/fps): HIS HD7950 3GB DDR5 Boost IceQ.
Running Windows 8.1 at SSD Samsung 840 EVO 250GB and another HD Seagate 3TB for Steam/Libraries.

Good Luck with your system upgrade!
