What is my bios password?

check your pc's paperworks, manuals etc. to see if the manufacturer has set a bios password or not. you're better off calling your pc's manufacturer's customer support. we can't help you here, sorry.

The regular BIOS password on a PC is stored on CMOS and can be cleared using the CMOS reset jumper or unplugging the PC and removing the RTC battery for a few seconds.

The unlock password on laptops, tablets and other portable devices is usually stored in NVRAM/EEPROM and there usually is no user-friendly method to reset it since its two key functions are access control and theft deterrent.

As house said, the standard method (and only practical option for most people) is to go through the manufacturer.
