The only copy of Windows 7 is from Dell when I purchased it in 2011. Will I need to get a new one? If so, is there any cheap places that sell windows 7?
Your copy is likely a OEM copy, it only works with the system it came on.
For a new system you need another copy, you can download an image from MS and purchase the key from them as well. A retail version could be installed on another system, but not a OEM version.
How do I download an Image? How much would that cost?
Just Google DigitalRiver download Windows, first few links should have the answer. The download itself is free, but you'll need to purchase the key from MS.

Yes you will need a new copy. OEM copies like that Dell version you have will only work on boards from that manufacturer. If you install it on a different motherboard it will ask you for a key to activate it and will not accept the OEM key on your old box.
