i had installed the gforce experience on my lenovo y500 dual Geforce 750m model, but when i checked for updates i got the message: "refer to your manufacturer's website for driver updates"

my initual thought was: i guess the geforce 750m in SLI is so unique that geforce doesnt have automatic updates for it.

then i thought, arnt drivers made by series? such that the crappy geforce 610 on my dad's office computer use the same drivers as the beastly 690?

can i just go ahead and update my y500's driver with no fear?

do sli setups need any special drivers?

edit: i'm asking this because today the geforce experience says there IS an update.

Yes you can use the geforce drivers and no no special driver needed for SLI
