Hey,

I'm concerned about to 760 gtx so,could it support (Bf4....etc upcoming game),many people told me get the 670 gtx it's very expansive on my budget I only can get the 760 gtx.

Solution
it should run future games just fine at around 50-60+ frames on high settings. Don't listen to the other peopple, the gtx 670 is only a bitttt faster. The gtx 760 is on par with a radeon 7950 which is pretty good. Plus the fact its a new generation the 700 series should do good. Get the gtx 760.
It should run it well but depends on what you want for minimum frames, eye candy, resolution, etc. I had to turn MSAA off and use Antialiasing Post instead to get BF3 to stay above 60fps consistently at 1080p with reference 670. BF4 should be a little harder on GPUs than BF3 so that should give you some feel for it.

To answer your main question: The term midrange is used refer to a range of products that offer mainstream performance. High end, or high-range as you put it, refers to a range of products that are very high performance and usually also very expensive.
