If your psu has a 6 pin pcie power connector, I say try it.
Otherwise, it will probably not be able to deliver sufficient power.
The specs look OK. 300w on the 12v rails is 25a. But, a cheap psu will lie about the conditions on which it can deliver the power.
The problem with cheap psu's is that they can become very expensive if they get overloaded and fail. They can damage everything they are connected to because they do hot have good protection features.
I do not know the brand. If you buy a new psu, stick with quality brands like Seasonic.
