What cooler do you have? If I know that I might be able to give a rough idea. Every CPU is different. It also depends on your comfort with voltage increases and how cool you want to keep it. But cooler is the most important thing.

Its pretty cheap so not too far on an OC. I recommend the H100i for a maximum OC. Its expensive, but you should be able to take your CPU over 4.5Ghz.

Nah, water cooling is really good and much quieter then air. This cooler is one of the best. It allows for good temps and high OCs. I think it should be just fine.

I don't have room in my chassis (http://www.prisjakt.nu/produkt.php?p=988817)

Will a 80i do the job too?

The 80i is also very good. Obviously not as good as the 100i, but you will still get a very good OC!

But overclocking to something like 4,5GHz is no problem with my PSU and that cooler?

Your PSU, wattage-wise is fine. Corsair, XFX, seasonic and antec are better brands though. 4.5Ghz should be doable. More then that might be hard though. I'd say 4.3-4.5. I could be wrong. As I said, every CPU is different
