Here's the build i have in mind:

Things i'll buy now:
i5 3570k
2x4GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
Corsair CX500M (PSU)
Corsair 300R
Already have an HDD from an old laptop

Things i'll buy in 2 months:
GPU (I'm thinking of going for a Gigabyte Radeon HD 7950);
1 TB black caviar HDD
SSD 120GB or something of sorts

Things i might buy in a distant future:
Another GPU for Xfire
More Ram

So the only thing missing is the Motherboard, which i can't decide on.

1) MSI ZH77A-G43 (Quite cheap compared to others)
2) Asrock Z77 Extreme4/Extreme4-M (I'm leaning towards the M version, unless it is missing some feature which will mess things up later)
3) Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3h/Z77X-D3H (Again, leaning towards the X version, unless it is missing some feature which will mess things up later)

If you have other suggestions i'm all ears, and if i'm spending too much on a mobo lemme know! :)

Solution
If you want to go Xfire in the future.

I say go a ATX Form Factor Mobo because the spacing of each gpu will be better.

Choosing the right board for you.

Gigabyte's best boards has X like Z77X.
Asrock's best boards has EXTREME like Asrock Z77 EXTREME 4
Asus's best boards has P8Z77 like P8Z77 Pro

I mean best for the buck. NOT THE BEST OF THE BEST :)
