Comparing the dimensions, the micro tower mATX build:
Dimensions (L x W x D) 13.86" x 6.89" x 13.78"
The mITX case:
Dimensions (L x W x D) 15.80" x 9.40" x 8.20"

I have not gone for the lowest end, the ivy bridge based pentium is a very powerful processor, its great for all your needs :)
