This started happening past 2 day's. My CPU suddenly turn off when left idle. Checked power setting and everything is fine. The thing that bothers me is it wont turn back on.. i need to press the cabinet power button more then 30 times to turn it back on.. PSU is just 15 day's old..

I believe that Zebronic is known for exceptionally low-quality units. I don't see it on any of my current listings, but there's an old one that ranked PSUs in tiers, and Zebronics was on the "Do Not Buy" tier 5; the worst of the worst. If your old one was killing hard drives, it may have been damaging your motherboard too.
Regardless of what else might be damaged, you need to get a quality PSU for your system. If a Zebronic "450w" PSU-shaped object could run it at all, a 380W Antec Earthwatts would have no trouble at all with it.

i read Zebronic and instantly thought about that old simpsons where that shady tv salesman was trying to sell Homer a genuine "Panafonic" TV. Dude, your old psu was killing your machine, would have thought that would have encouraged you to get a better one. Something from the seasonic, antec, corsair or xfx should do the job just nicely.

For an AM3+ motherboard, you want something with a 900-series chipset on it. Make sure it is truly a modern chipset, the "960" and some others are actually old 700-series boards with some modern interfaces tacked onto them, but they are slower. Avoid cheap MSI boards. for a 4 core bulldozer you're probably best off with something like the Asus m5a97 R2.0. if you want to spend a little more money get yourself a Gigabyte GA970A-UD3, and for a little more you can step right into a high end GA990FX-UD3
