You can also run the full adobe package, but it will not handle very big/complex files/projects. This thing can also run some basic Maya/3Ds Max modeling, but the rendering will be very slow. On the gaming side, don't expect too much. Probably you can run the most famous MMOs at low and some places mid.

But also I would expect a lower quality PSU, HDD slow RAM and etc. But you get HP support service. In the end it's your choice. Good luck.
