I just tried to install windows on my PC and the install could not recognize or find a partition for windows to be installed on.. I tried hooking it up to another pc, using a different sata key, etc.. Nothing.. So I bought a new HDD and it worked flawless as soon as I plugged it up. So is my old HDD done for good or is there anything I can do to salvage the data on it?
Is my hard drive dead for good?
