pc close after restart open again

Hello guys i just got today my gigabyte 990fxa ud5 rev.3.0 mobo.
When i do a restart the computer closes for 2 seconds then in opens again.. any ideas?

No in seconds ! i restart in closes instantly instead of just being open, it restarts closes for 2 seconds then open again

if you are using vga card, enter bios to set initial display to pcie as the first priority and see any difference.

I found the problem guys something was wrong with the bios settings... i gor this new bios and i am not at all aware with it... if someone can help me to setup my settings i would be pleased ;(

Gigabyte couldnt provide settings.. please i beg you if someone has the same type of motherboard plz tell me what to do or if i am capable to flash it back to previous versions ( F10 - F11 )

Are you using an old HDD with this new MB, and that causes the problem to restart the PC without booting ?

No i use ssd to boot windows!
Today's problem i oc my fx 8120 to 4 ghz (safe) and my pc when i force restart first it closes then it opens again!!!
If i leave it to 3.1 default it restarts normally!

specs
990fxa ud5 rec. 3.0
amd fx 8120
corsair vengeance 8g 1600 mhz (from 1333)
psw 750 watt

If someone can show me where i can find setting for uefi FB bios for oc to 4ghz i will be very thankful !!
