This will be my first build and i have done quite a bit of research and i think i have everything picked out except for a GPU. I am wanting to use three Asus VE258Q monitors. I am wondering if a Zotac Amp GeForce GTX 780 (ZT-70203-10P) will work? If not what would you recommend? Also could u tell me what I should look at when choosing GPUs and monitors?

SLI means 2 or more graphic card linked together, so one 780 is not SLI.

For the manufacturers, I can recommend you ASUS, EVGA, MSI.

I am using ASUS and quite happy with it so far :)

Enjoy
First of all, with triple monitors, you are really going to need some GPU power. Don't bother with the 144FPS monitors for you won't be able to drive them that fast. You almost have to go SLI. I'd recommend two SLI GTX 770's with 4GB ram each.
