Last PC i build was 6 years ago, still runs every game but not at highest settings anymore.
So here i am about to chose new parts and i am just lost in all the new stuff so please give me your opinions about the overall build and cheaper parts i could get.

I am still missing a CPU Cooler and Memory.
My budget is around $1600~
Planing on getting a second 780 later on.

Solution
You were going over your $1600 budget yourself, without even a CPU cooler and memory. Here is what I would do, for $1600 :

Solution
I think this is better build.
+ bigger SSD , mobo is better. Bigger HDD . PSU is really good and cheap now.
If you want + 850w psu then this is good buy now.

This was cheaper Fractal R4 : http://pcpartpicker.com/part/fractal-design-case-fdcadefr4tiw

Plan was getting one 780 + one maybe later.. Then get this or EVGA
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvn780d53gdb

EVGA do have good gpu.. Asus is good too.

GX 770 is good choice too. When SLI, it is a killer set. Not so much slower than the 780.
This is a good deal http://www.evga.com/articles/00753/
