Quick note : For the GPU i have now a (GT630 2GB DDR3 ) i know it is a poor card but i will buy a new one next 2 months so i want to know what should i buy to make this system powerful and play games for next 3 years !?

If you're planning to do crossfire/SLI you may want to upgrade to a 850W PSU. I think 850W is recommended for gtx 770 SLI.
Other than that Yes it's a good build, although there is no such thing as future proofing in this business ;)
