GT 630 or HD 5570?

Ma'am/Sirs which is better of the two 'coz I'm thinking of buying later
will they be a good upgrade? I'm just using an intel g33/g31 express chipset for graphics. One more crucial question will I able to run them in my 250watt psu?
My psu is FSP ATX-250PA; 250W(+3.3V&5.5V=110Wmax)(+12v1&12v2=180Wmax)
I tried to use this PSU calculator and assumed to have a GT 630 installed
http://www.extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine and it showed that my minimum PSU wattage is 190W and recommended is 240W.

Sorry to say but u have to upgrade the power supply. If u install 630 on this it may run but ur psu will damage it.

See the DC output line where it says +12V1 and -12V2, it means u have two rails of 10A means total 20A and u see in the link which i provided u it is written 24A minimum for 5570.

Tell us ur total budget for upgrade

resolution of monitor?

Well sir here's the specs of my rig
cpu: Pentium Dual Core E2200 @2.2ghz
mobo: ECS G31t-M7
memory: 2gb Ram ddr2 800
odd: DVD-drive
HDD: Seagate 160gb at 7200rpms
hope it helps sir and thank you for your time
right now my budget is just 75$ tops

so is it like I have 2 choices right now sir? pick a less power hungry GPU or upgrade my PSU?
also sir seeing that the HD 6670 is in my budget and is in 17A will it run better than GT 630 and HD 5570?
