Intel Core i5 2400 @ 3.10GHz
RAM
4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
Dell Inc. 0GDG8Y (CPU 1)
Graphics
1024MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6450 (Unknown)

Im planning to upgrade my computer but i want to upgrade the GPU and PSU first. I want to know if i buy the PSU and GPU would they both run smoothly with the mobo?

I don't see why this would not work. Everything should be fine. Just make sure the psu has a bit of a margin for efficiency.

What are you planning to do with the upgraded system? Gpu is a good improvement, but I would keep the i5 and ABSOLUTELY get some faster 1866 ram (maybe 8gb).

EDIT: stupid me, mistook the mhz for total speed, since I always write it like that ... your current ram will do fine then.
