Any PCI Express x16 video card that your Operating System and Power Supply Support.

  • The DDR2 / DDR3 vs GDDR5 argument doesn't matter since that memory is on the video card; not on the motherboard.

The X79 Gigabyte boards are compatible with almost any PCI Express x16 video card, regardless if it's v1.0, v1.1, v2.x or v3.x

Power Supply is your main concern really.
