My knowledge is very limited when it comes to computer and I have a rather old system. I need to know whether AMD_ATI Radeon HD 5450 1 GB DDR3 Graphics Card will work on my computer.
My computer specs are as follows:

Please also suggest any other graphic card that will work on my computer and will be able to run games like Oblivion, Half Life-2, Hitman 4 etc?
I know my system is ancient. Therefore, I am looking forward to playing these games at minimum settings only. Moreover, I am getting RAM upgraded to 4GB, maximum that my motherboard can support.
Any help would be nice.
