what would the best CPU cooler be for....

Solution
I see there isn't much room for liquid cooling.
I have one of these in a media PC and it's almost completely silent.

You could overclock to 4Ghz but I wouldn't push the voltage and I would replace the Thermal paste with something good.

This will be a little better I think

Options are limited due to the case

Remove one of the side intake fans and try out this

Honestly none of them are going to be that great for overclocking the h60 being the best.

Could you also give us the name of your case?

I don't know much about that case, but in that case, I would go with the Noctua NH-D14 (Same one I'll be going with to overclock to 4.2ghz). This CPU Cooler is extremely good, although it's quite expensive, it's still decent. It's also around $80. If you want to save some money, go with the 212 Evo. It's a decent enough CPU Cooler. Please don't just take my word for it straight away and go order it. Go do some research and see if it will fit inside your case perfectly or not. I recommend that CPU Cooler quite a bit after reading some reviews over it!

The case I use has a lot of parts that you can unscrew and take out to make room so, but as of right now there is not much rrom for anything else besides a CPU cooler......I have seen the 212 Evo and I am not impressed by it if I was to get a heatsink/fan cooler I would go with something like the one you mentioned( NH-D14) but if I was going to go all out would a liquid cooler make more of a difference?

I like the price of the H60 that is good for a liquid cooler and I am pretty sure it would beat a 212 EVO
