Hello, I bought this PC over a year ago now but It was always making heaps of noise. When playing Games like BF3 I turned the graphics down to low and now i play in a windowed mode filling 1/4 parts of my screen. screen resolution 1920X1080.
AMD Radeon 6780 reaching 80-90 degrees C when playing Battlefield3,(doesthis mean it is overheating).
My fan speed is at 100% mostly when playing high graphs games should i play with an open case?
Thanks for you'r help in advice

Could there be dust in the heatsink blocking airflow?
90c is a bit too hot...

Does is do the same with the side of the case open? Can you try a quick blast with compressed air?

And is it better with the case side off? And a desk fan pointing in if possible? What case is it?
