I on a tight budget and I want to buy pre-built pc.
I am going to use it for some light gaming (dota2,wow) and also recording those games and video edit later. So I need to know which CPU and GPU will do it the best:

1) i3-3210 and AMD HD 6570 2gb ddr3
2) g2010 and AMD HD 7750 1gb ddr3
3) fx-4100 and HD 7750 1gb ddr3

Truthfully, none of those combinations look like they would do a particularly good job. You would do a lot better by building your own. Alternately, you'll need to increase your budget. The HD7750 is spec'ed for GDDR5, and the recent "Best Graphics Cards for the Money" article rightly points out that the DDR3 versions are much slower and should be avoided (personally, I consider them abominations).
Recording while playing needs a more powerful CPU than any of these (i5 or FX-6300 IMO), and you'll want at least a GDDR5 HD7750 (if not a HD7770 or GTX650Ti) for "light gaming."

I'd choose #1. I think the CPU is going to be more important if you want to record while playing.
If you have reasonable manual dexterity and eyesight, please do consider building your own. You haven't stated your budget, but I find it difficult to believe you couldn't build something MUCH better than what you'd be paying for any of these.

That's almost his full budget, without ram, case and psu ... maybe get an apu like the A8-6600k? It isn't perfect, but at least it's better than the three OP options.

Well.. for just a little above the budget get this.

Do not even think about overclocking. This motherboard would simply burn out when overclocked but if not overclocking then everything would be just fine.

+ FX 6300 is awesome for gaming as well as editing at this price.
+ 8GB RAM is the least you need for Video Editing.
+ 7770 is a very good graphics card for Gaming as well as Video Editing
+ Zalman Z9 is a nice case
+ Corsair CX 600 might be overkill but it would ensure future upgrades (and is available for the same price as CX 430, CX 500, so no problem here.)

All in all for just 30 dollars more this is a very good build for Video Editing. Just don't overclock and everything should be just fine.

I hope this helps. Take a look at the build and tell me what you think about it.

Sangeet's build is good, but I don't think his warning about the motherboard is stern enough. Especially since you'll want to OC that FX-6300 to get decent performance from it, you really need a better board; the MSI will croak. Sacrifice the RAM down to 4GB if you must, and/or get the CX-430M (which is a better PSU than the CX-600[no M] even though it is smaller) in order to make up the difference in budget. Note too, that some of those prices involve rebates, which is a game you may not win.

Okay, so with that combo, you are looking at this build. Thanks Onus for that combo. It makes the build much better.

Now with the change with the board. This build is awesome. Literally awesome..
