Which would you choose? Palit has 2 yrs warranty, Zotac has 5 yrs warranty, and free splinter cell blacklist. Zotac has some problem with its BIOS, which i believe is pulling down some fps. Palit uses 2.5 slots whereas Zotac uses 2 slots.

Should i go for zotac and wait for them to release the bios to allow more clocks/voltage or just go for palit?

if you buy soon pick up the zortac gtx780 amp!. newegg has them for the same price as stock 780's i just grabbed two for sli. one stably overclocked +100mhz and the other +90 mhz with no added voltage. anyways i backed them both off to +75mhz for 1081mhz base and 1134mhz boost and i checked in game the boost clock actually sits pegged at 1123.5mhz (jet stream supposed sits at 1124mhz). while the boost bios setting is weak using msi afterburner you can over clock them to make up for it.

my MSI over-clock @+ 75mhz scores for 3dmark fire strike is 9409 (single card), 15326 (sli) and my high OC
@+ 100mhz 9628 (single card)
the stock OC scores were 9074(single card), 14569 (sli)

plus if u go through newegg right now you get 3 splinter...

plus if u go through newegg right now you get 3 splinter cell games including blacklist plus batman arkham orgins for the same cost as a stock 780 ;) i guess the reviews talking about the low boost speeds in bios have their prices low. i was suprised to see such a highly over clocked card (even with the low boost settings it's titan class performance @ stock OC) going for the same price as stock 780s and with the 4 games you get, it's almost a no brainer IMO.
