Hello to everyone, I hope you can help me find an alternative to RMA :D

I'm experiencing a problem with my ASRock 990FX Extreme4 Motherboard. I bought it 2 weeks ago from Newegg.ca.
I assembled my desktop and it worked fine for a couple of days. Unfortunately, recently the desktop froze, and once reset it didn't start anymore. The Dr. Debug showed the code 19. Looking over various forum, I've seen that many people had similar problems on several ASRock products, but I couldn't find any solution. Clearing the CMOS doesn't seems to have any effect. If I remove and re-install the RAM, swapping position or only mounting one, Dr. Debug initially shows error 36, and if reset it gives back to 19. If I try to start it again (after a couple of hours, once the desktop is cold) everything seems to work fine for 5-10 minutes, then it froze up again, giving the same error codes.

Here is my configuration:
ASRock 990FX Extreme4 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
AMD FX-8150 Zambezi 3.6GHz Socket AM3+ 125W Eight-Core Desktop Processor
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B
ASUS HD7770-2GD5 Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 2GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
SAMSUNG 840 Series MZ-7TD120BW 2.5" 120GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
CORSAIR Hydro Series H60 (CWCH60) High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

I think it's something related to the temperature of the motherboard, but I'm not so sure and I don't know how to check it (that's why I'm here :D ). As I understand, code 19 refers to South Bridge initialization, and maybe I was unlucky and got a defective model, but I'm afraid that there could be something wrong with the cooling system too.

Thank you for the help!

Hi, thanks for your answers.
I've already checked the RAM on every slot, one stick at time, and it doesn't boot at all. As I said, it only changes the error from 19 to 36, and then 19 after reset.
Moreover, when the desktop is cold, it works nicely for 5-10 minutes, and then freezes again, so I don't think it is related to the RAM (I'm not an expert, am I wrong?). I monitored the temperature until it freezes, and everything seems ok. This afternoon I'll try memtest86 as suggested by dextermat
Clearing CMOS doesn't change anything at all :(
Since every part of the computer is new, I think will ship everything back to newegg probably, just to be extrasure. It is a good idea to ask their costumer service for assistance, describing the whole problem, or is better to just say "Hey, it's broken, replace everything back!"?? I've really no experience with RMA
