Hi i've recently purchased an Anker 8000 DPI mouse off of Amazon, since i started using it i noticed straight away that it felt as if there was some sort of delay when moving both (in-games and in Windows).

in windows it feels like more of a delay where as in-game a sort of acceleration smoothing (possibly just the affect of delay)

Any suggestions will be much appreciated

Thanks in advance
Luke

i forgot to mention i am using the Madcatz GLIDE 3 mouse mat (grey/red) would this have anything to do with it as my older mice (Madcatz R.A.T 3 was fine) which was optical. does laser mice need a black surface?

in game there is an option to get rid of mouse acceleration. you must do it as it kills gaming. there may be the same thing in windows I do not notice it with my logitech g9x

my guess would be to see if they have a driver update or a software package and check within that
