My PC has FPS drops

Hello,
i have some issues with my Computer. Every time when i go gaming i get FPS drops for about 5 seconds every 1-2 Minutes. Then i´m at about 15-20FPS from 50-120. My Computer is only 1 Month old. Drivers are updated, Fans are clean.

ASRock A55M-DGS, Seagate Barracuda 7200.12, AMD A8-3870 (4x 3.0Ghz), 8GB DDR3 RAM, Palit GeForce GTX 650Ti 1Gb, KissQuiet 620W. Windows 7 Ultimate 64

Temps: CPU max. 66.1 °C
GPU max. 50.1 °C

The CPU isn't good for gaming, 3.0GHz isn't the best and this maybe causing it. Your better of buying an AMD FX Processor if your gaming.

Also, could you tell your in game settings that you use in a game which is doing this.

I´m playing Sniper Elite V2 all maxed out smoothly. But in games like BFBC2, BF3, Planetside 2, ETS2, B&W2 and Silkroad. And come on, Silkroad ans B&W2 are old as f... I played this 2 games on my old single core PC smootly..
