if youre not overclocking it any (you probably wont need to), then yeah the stock fan will work. if you want to overclock it then you will need a good aftermarket cooler.

I will use it pretty much exclusively for watching locally-stored 720p videos.
if thats the case then the stock heatsink will most likely work for you. if you notice the temps getting too high, you can get an aftermarket cooler later on, but i doubt itll be an issue
