I was just wondering which would play better games and i like.. or Love to mod my my games... so which would be better PS4 OR THIS PC?
core i5 (Cheapest one)
4gb ddr3 ram
NVIDIA GTX 660
250gb hdd (i wont store much games.. like 3 or 4 at a time..)
and any cheap motherboard that can support all these... i am low on budget and putting my max priority to CPU an GPU
soo.. which would be better for gaming ... not price wise but better..

THANKS!

That is a good point. You...
Depends on a million things.

Do you want to play online with friends? What do they play on?
Do you like playing FPS's with a controller over a keyboard and mouse?
Do you want to be able to use the device just for gaming or other uses like a PC?

As for modding games, good luck with that on a PS4. It took almost 7 years before the PS3 was cracked open enough to start modding games.

Especially since you "Love to mod" your games, get the PC(!) A Core i5 is no slouch when it comes to gaming. Since cost isn't an issue for you, you could find that 250 gb storage as a SSD for operating systems and games for under $200, and even throw in a 1 TB HDD for data for another $70. Any decent Haswell-capable mobo will suit you, even down to small form factors with just one video card. I would recommend an EVGA 760 4 GB FTW ATX for $320 for that special sauce. It's got great performance for the money--and twice the memory bandwidth of a 660. Throw in a case and power supply, and you're ready to trash the consoles for about $750.

That is a good point. You can't mod a console or console games.

For a budget of $750 this would pretty much destroy any console in terms of graphics and processing power:
