so i put much as i can in title, i wanted to know if i should upgrade my ram from DDR 1600 to DDR 2133 , i have seen on few post that dual graphics cards and cpu's can benefit from it, any insight ? i has corsair vengeance 16gb DDR 1600mhz

Depends on what you do, for gaming, it may help a tad, if you really use your system, multi-task, many windows open, use memory centric programs like imaging, video, CAD, etc, or anything with large data sets, you'd definitely benefit from faster DRAM
