Hello members,
It is my first build and I am not sure which PSU to choose. The system components are: 4770k, 2x MSI Hawk GTX 760 runnin' in SLI, Asus Sabertooth z87 or Maximus VI Hero (I haven't deciced yet which one), Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 1600MHZ, casual CD/DVD combo, 2x WD 1TB Caviar Red, SSD (haven't deciced yet which one), CM Hyper EVO 212, 8x Fans with LEDs, sound card in the near future and I will use my current case which is nothing special. Shall I get CM V1000w or CM V850w will handle it? I will overclock as much as I can. Thank you for your responses!

Yes it will. And I don't recommend CM's PSUs. They might be really good on some other things, like cases... but on PSUs, they are often lying on the wattage that they labbel. So I would definitively rather get the one that I adviced you.
An SLI of GTX 760's should run fine on 700-750W, but just to make sure that you overkill it, here is what I recommend you : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151108&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=.

Thank you for the quick response! Isn't CM V850 better than the one you suggested? And are you sure that an 850w PSU handle all these stuff? I will have 2 hdds, 1 SSD, CPU cooler and ~8 fans?
