Firstly....I want to know which will give better fps for my screen resolution... which is 1024*768.. and will they work on vga display good ..which will be better....

Secondly.... Which has the lower power supply requirment i want to spend as low on power supply as possible?

Thanks.. or should i get a laptop for less than 600$?

first off 1024 x 768 is really a small res for them. they were built to run games in high setting's in 1080p res.at that res those card's are largely a waste of money.

so instead you should go with a much cheaper radeon HD 6670 or HD 7750 if you want 60+ FPS on all games.
