cpu water cooling or big air cooling?

i'm going to build a gaming pc and i dont know what cooling to choose water cooling or air cooling
specs are:

Inte Core i7-4770K
Gigabyte Z87X-OC
Samsung 840 evo ssd 120gb
Corsair Vengeance 32GB (4x8gb)
2x EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780
be quiet! Dark Power Pro 10 1000W
2x Seagate Barracuda 3tb
Corsair 900d

i want to overclock to 4.5Ghz and its my first time using such a powerful CPU
and for the 32gb ram i work with adobe premiere and want to start youtube :D
should i get a closed loop water cooling or get a big A$$ air cooler like a huge one?

H100i or equivalent (Cooler Master Seidon, NZXT Kraken)is about the only one big enough to reach 4.5Ghz at a reasonable temperature. $100+

My h80i only gets me to 4.3Ghz at 80C+

Some of the larger air coolers in the 50-70 range will get you there as well. Noctua NDH14, Phanteks PT14PE, Xigmatek Dark Knight or Gaia, Thermaltake Frio.

Have to be careful with the memory as the really big ones will bump into tall sticks. I've also seen a few complaints about the top most PCIe 1x slot not being able to be used.

Your choice. The disadvantage of having an air cooler is the noise and size. The disadvantage of having a water cooler is the possibility of it either stop working, or even worse break and destroy the whole system. That would be a rare occurrence, but it has happened before.

Good water cooler systems are expensive. Good air coolers are cheap. Both use fans, so they produce the same noise. Besides price, the difference is that a good water cooler can cool slightly better than a good air cooler.
