I'm trying to optimize my network as best I can, and while flipping through the options, I eventually came to:
LAN >> Switch Control >> Enable HW Accelerator
That sounded clearly appealing to me, so I tried it. After applying the settings and the router reboot, I could not connect to it via LAN anymore. Connecting an ethernet cable to my computer results in "Limited Connectivity". I had to connect to it wirelessly to revert the setting back to "Disabled" to fix it.
The same issue happens on every computer. Oddly enough though, my XBox 360 can still operate via Ethernet with the HW Accelerator on. I dunno why my XBox would be treated differently than computers.
Anyway, any idea what's going on here? I've found threads that say QoS and so-forth must be disabled, and it is. So what could be the problem? Why does enabling the HW Acceleration break ethernet connections to the router from PCs?
Oh, and bonus question - Would enabling "Jumbo Frames" be helpful in any way? By what I understand, since pretty much the whole internet doesn't use Jumbo Frames, the option can only hurt unless you're on a local network where every computer and router is configured to use the same-size frames. Am I right?
Thanks in advance!

PS: Yes, my firmware is up-to-date.
