New internal memory card reader wont let me boot.

Installed this ( http://www.scan.co.uk/products/35-akasa-ak-icr-17-usb30-memory-card-reader-with-esata-and-multiple-usb20-usb30-port-panel ) into my computer which consists of

i7 3930k cpu running at clock speed 3.2Ghz
asrock fatality x79 pro
1 240GB Crucial SSD
6 mechanical HDD
one liquid cooling unit from intel for the cpu
gtx690 GPU
16gb quad channel DDR3 RAM
1250W gold rated psu - http://www.scan.co.uk/products/1250w-seasonic-x-series-ss-1250xm-full-modular-80-plus-gold-eps-12v-ultimate-atx-psu

and it just wont boot... I have no idea why but its really annoying. I just want a memory card reader lol when I removed it it booted first time. No idea whats going on.
