This is one question I've been asking my friends alot, but nobody was able to answer me quite well... What if you take a... Let's say, Asus GTX760 DirectCU II and a Sapphire HD7950 FLEX and overclock them both to their max (Stable clocks)
I'm going to run either a 1920x1080 monitor, or another 1366x766 monitor.

What graphics card would perform the best?

I'm going to build my computer in the 27th of August, and these are my specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K (Overclocking)
CPU Cooler: Zalman CNPS9900 MAX
RAM: Corsair Vengaence 8GB 1600MHz
Harddrive:Western Digital Blue 1TB (7200RPM/64MB Cache)
PSU: Corsair 650W Enthusiast Series
Case: Cooler Master Storm Enforcer (With an additional fan)
Motherboard: Asus Z87-K

Solution
The HD 7950 will perform a slight bit better, and is also cheaper right now. But I would rather get this one : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131478&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=.
